Creating a Virtual Resource Collection on New York State's Environmental History

The New York State Archives received funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities to create a virtual research collection that focuses on a pivotal facet of America's environmental history: the Adirondack and Catskill Parks.

The State Archives served as lead agency in this venture, in partnership with Cornell University, the New York State Library, the Adirondack Museum, the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, and Warren and Ulster County governments
